The manufacturers provide the following warranties

Panels

The Goods are covered by a defect in material or workmanship warranty but only where the failure arises and is notified to Nu Energy within 5 years from the date of agreement.

The Panels are also covered by an efficiency warranty but only where the failure arises and is notified to Nu Energy within 25 years from the date of agreement.

The efficiency warranty is applied to Goods that fail to perform to at least 90% of nominated output over the first 10 years of the agreement and in addition where the Goods fail to perform to at least 80% of nominated output over 25 years of the agreement.

Inverters

In cases where the inverter installed as part of the Goods fails as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, but only where the failure arises and is notified to Nu Energy within 5 years of the date the Agreement comes into effect, and cases in which the Goods fail as a result of failure in workmanship in the installation of the Goods, but only where the failure arises and is notified to Us within 12 months of installation.
