The manufacturers provide the following warranties

Chromagen

The standard warranty is 7 years from the date of initial installation on storage tanks, solar collector panels, mounting frames and brackets. All other minor parts are covered for 1 year, as is labour. Please note that the glass in the solar panels is not covered by warranty against breakage, it is normally covered by your household insurance.

Dux

Victoria:

All solar systems and Heat Pump products come with a 5 year warranty that includes all major components.

Labour is covered for 12 months. (Except collectors that come with 2 year labour).

All Other States:

All products come with 5 year warranty and 12 months labour.
