Just a short note to say thank you to the Nu Energy team for installing our 1kW grid connect solar electricity system so efficiently. The panels were installed two months ago by two very helpful and efficient young installers, paperwork was submitted per schedule and the reimbursement cheque arrived yesterday without any prompting.

I'm really thrilled with the output of our system; on good days it produces around 5.7kW total and since our usage is reasonably low we seem to average about 2.4kW per day feed in to the grid (read from the new Siemens electricity meter). Even as late as the day of installation I decided to upgrade to a 2kW system and your customer service representative discussed the options and we decided for the 1kW to be installed on the roof with a 2kW inverter to come. Yesterday I rang up to make some enquiries about a Solar Power system. I had quite a few questions and your representative was able to answer everything for me. She was not only informative, she was also very friendly and polite as well, which made the phone call very pleasant. Therefore, when I rang back today I wanted to speak to her again, to advise that I will be going ahead with getting a Nu Energy Solar Power system on our roof. I have dealt with a lot of people over the phone but none of them were anywhere near as good as your representative. I am sure that the attitude and performance of Nu Energy's customer representative will obtain a lot of business that other organisations would not get.
